Bright Glimmer Inc. provides online training courses focused on AI tools and automation for non-technical professionals. Our services include:

• Access to course materials and content
• Certificate of Completion upon finishing courses
• Email support (response times vary by plan)
• Optional live Q&A sessions (Professional and Team plans)

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses.

Access Period

• Individual Plan: 12 months of access from enrollment date
• Professional Plan: Lifetime access with all updates
• Team Plan: Lifetime access for all enrolled team members

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment, provided that:

• You have completed less than 25% of the course content
• You request a refund within 14 days of enrollment
• The request is made in writing to support@brightglimmer.com

Refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

• Salary increases or promotions

Permitted Use

• Personal learning and skill development
• Applying learned skills in your work (subject to employer policies)

Prohibited Use

• Sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Recording, copying, or distributing course content
• Using content for commercial training purposes
• Reselling or sublicensing access to courses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or harm other users or staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access content
• Submit false or misleading information

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content will meet your specific requirements
• AI tools covered will always function as described
• Third-party tools will remain available or unchanged

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Glimmer Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
