14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 calendar days of your enrollment date
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • You submit your refund request in writing to support@brightglimmer.com
  • You purchased the course directly from us (not through a third-party)

⚠️ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since enrollment
  • You have completed 25% or more of the course content
  • You have downloaded all course materials
  • You purchased through a promotional bundle or third-party
  • You are requesting a partial refund on multi-course packages

How to Request a Refund

Step-by-Step Process:

    Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Email address used for enrollment
    • Course name
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
  3. Wait for confirmation:
    We'll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive your refund:
    Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Refund Processing

Timeline: Once your refund is approved, you will receive your money back within 10 business days.

Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase.

Currency: Refunds are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD), the same currency as your original payment.

What Happens After a Refund:

  • Your course access will be immediately revoked
  • You will no longer be able to access course materials or content
  • Any certificates earned will be invalidated
  • Downloaded materials must be deleted (honor system)

Special Cases

Team Plans

For Team Plan purchases covering multiple users, the 14-day guarantee applies to the entire team enrollment, not individual team members. If any team member has completed more than 25% of content, the refund eligibility is void for the entire team.

Course Bundles

If you purchased multiple courses as a bundle, the refund policy applies to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact support at support@brightglimmer.com before requesting a refund. We're committed to resolving technical issues and ensuring you have full access to your purchased content.

Promotional Offers

Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. However, if you re-enroll in the same course, standard pricing applies.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside of these standard terms in exceptional circumstances:

  • Severe illness or family emergency (documentation may be required)
  • Course content significantly differs from what was advertised
  • Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved

Course Transfers

We do not offer course transfers to other individuals. If you are unable to complete a course, you may request a refund within the eligibility period. Course access is non-transferable.

Chargebacks

Important: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to request a refund, we will immediately revoke your access to all courses and may restrict future purchases. Please contact us first to resolve any issues or concerns.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your enrollment.
